The NPI Tipper features multiple container restraint options including our patent-pending pallet capture system, short container hold-down bar and tall container stop. These restraint systems hold your containers in place while tipping at a 45-degree angle so that you can be sure only your packages are transferred to the accumulation conveyor.
With simple single-operator controls, a maximum load capacity of 2,000 lbs. and a cycle time that is two times faster than comparable tippers, the NPI Tipper will take your automation systems to the next level.

Hopper Feed Conveyor
