ARM9 Calibration Utility

You should only calibrate the ARMnet under one or more of the following conditions: After replacing any sorter component that affects timing and/or tracking: ARM9 motherboard (MB) ARM9 daughterboard (DB) Photoeyes (PEs) Encoder Mail transport belt, roller, or motor To isolate timing and tracking fault conditions: Inspect, clean, adjust, replace, or repair components affecting timing and tracking Run the utility again to re-establish optimum timing and tracking To temporarily save less-than-optimum timing and tracking values to maintain operations until a maintenance window is available for correction of the problem IMPORTANT! – Always run the ARMnet Calibration Utility multiple times to ensure consistent results and to avoid saving an error as a working parameter.
