NPI Parcel Singulator
Singulate boxes, poly bags, flats, and cartons at up to 10,000 per hour
Converting bulk into singulated flow has always been one of the most challenging aspects for feeding automated parcel processing solutions. Historically, there have been two options; either a manual and time consuming approach or an automated solution with a very large footprint and an extremely high price tag.
To solve this challenge, NPI’s patented Parcel Singulator can achieve production flows of up to 10,000 PPH and handles a wide array of product types from polybags to boxes. The semi-automated design also allows for the system to be operated with either 1 or 2 operators depending on work flow requirements. It includes a semi-automatic singulation table, independent power control panel, PLC, stand-alone safety with Safe Torque Off, standard set of dry contacts for easy integration into third party systems, and NPI’s touch screen operator control panel. Additional options include a dumper to discharge gaylords, pallets of boxes, collapsible bins, or carts. It can be used to feed a single induction lane or split the load between two induction lanes by smart-sensing available space on each lane and directing product flow appropriately.

Hopper Feed Conveyor
NPI's Hopper Feed Conveyor is designed for operations that receive 'Air Packs' or tightly packed parcels carrying several poly bags within them. Typically, these air packs or tightly packed parcels are shipped from overseas by air.
The Hopper Feed Conveyor is an optional add-on for NPI's Parcel Singulator for operations that require the unpacking of air packs containing multiple parcels.
